Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

For Hygiene Reasons, We Cannot Accept Returns On:

  • Panties and underwear (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Intimate apparel that has been tried on without a protective covering

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@trenzora.com or WhatsApp +91-8879817541 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address (free for defective items)
  4. Pack items securely with original tags, packaging, and invoice
  5. Hand over to our pickup partner

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after quality check of returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking/Wallet).

Return shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from refund (waived for defective/damaged items).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color! Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping is free - we'll send your new item and arrange pickup of the original item simultaneously.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@trenzora.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos/video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send the correct item via express shipping and arrange free pickup of the incorrect item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After dispatch, cancellation is subject to return policy and charges.
